This person is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the present Policy, handling questions and complaints, informing employees and raising their awareness on the importance of privacy protection.

The information Commsoft collects is retained as long as required for the purposes listed in this Policy and in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations.
