1. Present the new team with the processes managed by Fidelio ERP
2. Analyze potential discrepancies: are all processes covered?
3. Adjust or adapt: what are the options in case of a discrepancy? Configuration done internally or adaptation request made to Fidelio;
4. Validation: process and data testing followed by user training.
In the final outcome, if no adaptations to the ERP software are necessary, integration into the Group is quite rapid.
